Our Process

Plural follows a transparent, standardized, and structured approach to all client engagements.

Free Consultation

We welcome all plaintiff and defense inquiries within the scope of our services.  Upon initial review, a lead clinical pharmacy specialist is assigned to each case and will discuss and understand preliminary case information with client.  Thereafter, both parties will determine if the case partnership is of interest and mutually accepted.

We will provide written notification of acceptance or refusal of case within 5 business days.  Upon acceptance of case, the Plural clinical pharmacy specialist and regulatory subject matter expert team will be introduced to the client.  Our services are extended via contract and retainer at an hourly rate adjusted for factors including, but not limited to, secured clinical pharmacy specialist reputation and experience, and novelty or difficulty of case.

Pre-Trial Review

Our clinical pharmacy specialists and regulatory subject matter experts will be made available to evaluate merits of claims before or after legal action is filed. We honor established timing and processes of the client review panel. Consultatation is provided under the assumption that it is admissible should the matter proceed to litigation.

Our identified lead clinical pharmacy specialist will present all relevant regulations and evidence-based guidelines to support and refute examined case practice, standard of care, liability, or compliance.  These resources are pre-packaged and shared with client.  Our case services include honest, accurate and direct written interrogatories, requests for production of relevant documents, and oral questions and answers.

As necessary, the identified lead clinical pharmacy specialist will provide sworn testimony consisting of an expert opinion that is clear, coherent and consistent.  The clinical pharmacy specialist is trained and experienced in the practice, and will be aware of and consider alternative acceptable standards in all cases.
